Dr. John O’Connell is a board-certified family medicine physician in Illinois and Wisconsin. Dr. O’Connell has been practicing medicine for over 25 years. He completed his residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He is a graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. O’Connell has been on staff at three area hospitals for over two decades. He is on staff at Endeavor Health/Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, Advocate Good Shepherd and Ascension Saint Alexius in Hoffman Estates. Dr. O’Connell is credentialed at many assisted living and nursing home facilities. Dr. O’Connell is a member of the AMA and American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. O’Connell has also specialized in medical weight management for over 25 years.
